MENSTRUAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT :
Rural women are voiceless, powerless and voiceless; such women are not participating in the development process they were suppressed for centuries together. In order to provide socio economic health and political empowerment. In Nashik district at tribal HCs (Health centres), Aasha workers and women were educated about menstrual health management and distributed free sanitary napkins.
